Refunds & Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy applies to all orders placed through our online store and is in accordance with UK consumer law.
Your Rights Under UK Law
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item (unless an exemption applies, e.g. personalised/custom-made items).
Returns for Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund.
After 30 days and up to 6 months, if the item is faulty, you may still be entitled to a replacement or refund, provided the fault was not caused by misuse.
We will require:
• Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email or receipt)
• Evidence of the fault (e.g. clear photos or description)
Once verified, we will cover the cost of sending you a replacement or processing a refund.
Change of Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund, provided it is:
• Unworn and unwashed.
• In its original packaging with tags attached.
Please note: You will be responsible for return postage costs in this case.
Exemptions
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if:
• The item has been altered, customised, or personalised.
• The item has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery (unless it arrived faulty).
